Ben Oaks On The Severn

Ben Oaks on the Severn is a secluded enclave of 154 homes alongside the Severn River. Ben Oaks is unique because the neighborhood was constructed without any homes along the Severn River waterfront, making the entire waterfront community space, which includes a 61 boat marina, two tot lots, a boat ramp, a kayak launch, and copious amounts of waterfront green space. Most notable, however, is the ½ acre Scott’s Pond, a man-made pond with a white sand beach that is fed by an artesian well, which becomes a gathering place for residents nearly all summer!
